Laser hair removal product does not work, whatsoever.
Tried for months, followed all the instructions. It's useless. Complete waste of money. I'm throwing it in the bin.

I’m so sad that I spent so much money on this useless device. I got the Tria Precision on Amazon. I’ve used it at least 20 times over the last five months on the same small area. I’m only trying to remove about 40 hairs total. I’m white as a ghost with body hair black as coal.

Nada.

This simply doesn’t work. Amazon only gives you 30 days to return it. That’s not enough time to know if it’s working or not.

I should have just gotten more professional laser hair removal sessions. Those do work. Going to save up for that.

I used this product over several months/1 year - absolutely no difference in hair growth. I have now paid for laser hair removal in a local clinic and seen excellent results by the third treatment, quick and mostly painless.
I would encourage everyone to NOT buy this overpriced product that does not work, and spend your hard earned money in a laser clinic, where your money will not be wasted. Clinic sessions are also becoming more affordable.

Long story short I don’t have my order or refund, they have been investigating 2 weeks already what happened whilst i was told it was signed by me when I wasn't even in the country and my name had been misspelled on the signature too. I have to chase up updates despite the fact i requested and was told I will be updated daily. Quite a lot of time it takes, given a lot of MY money is at stake. They don’t give impression that they care at all. Staff handle matters in unprofessional manner too, on social media platform they disclosed for public what I ordered and for how much!

I bought tria precision in 2019. During COVID, I moved from Chicago back to California and hadn’t charged tria for a while. The device won’t turn on. I called customer service and they said I needed to buy a new one because they don’t have a repair service to replace the battery. What kind of company doesn’t have a repair service !! What a waste of money. When I asked the representative if she could offer me a discount for a new device, she emailed me back and said that no discount can be offered. I won’t buy any product from this company again.

This machine is useless.
I have used this for 8 months conform the instructions on their website with no visible results. After 8 times using it with no results I even bought a gel to apply before using it as I was thinking my hair is to tick and the light can't reach the roots. You better don't waste your money with this useless machine.

ITS HORRIBLE, I HAVE BEEN USING THE TRIA LASER FOR HAIR REMOVAL FOR SUCH A LONG PERIOD OF TIME NOW (6 months) AND I DONT GET ANY RESULT. YES, IN THE BEGINNING IT MAY LOOKS THAT YOURE HAIR IS GETTING THINNER AND LESS BUT ONCE YOU STOP USING THE DEVICE EVERYTHING LIKE EVERYTHING WILL GROW BACK. BE AWARED AND SAVE YOURE MONEY FOR A SALON

Having had unsightly chin hair for years , that was increasing I felt the time had come for something drastic. I did my research wisely , no chance of me parting with hard earned cash without knowing the facts. So I finally settled on the Tria. Had it 2 years almost , used it religiously in the first 18 months. Whilst the hairs have definitely got finer and lighter they are still very much apparent. Rather disappointed tbh. I would nt recommend this product.

Unfortunately I can not recommend this company. I purchased an eye laser just over a year ago and it recently stopped working. As it is still under warranty I contacted Trial to have it checked and repaired but they are extremely unhelpful repeating that as long as the light flashes it is working. The light still flashes but the laser isn't working and it is impossible to get this information through to their unhelpful customer service. Terrible company, poor quality product.

This works!!! Forget the expensive creams and serums. 3 weeks in and skin is brighter smoother and younger looking. I honestly think this might be the first time I have ever seen such a visible difference from a product before. Highly recommend. Will save a few euros on the salon as well.

I used tria x4 for a whole year on setting 5, at the beginning I felt like I had less hair and after a year I started getting more and thicker corsa hair, I only used it on my face but very disappointed with results should have had it done professionally intead. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy it. Btw I have light Asian skin with dark hair

The Trai is a fantastic skin changer for tighter firmer skin and reduced lines .. Being nearly 60 I am complimented more on my skin now than I was when I was forty . I have seen a big improvements and wouldn't be without mine for me it has been a gold star find . Been using mine for 5 years and had fantastic results .

Ordered on 1st March, tried to cancel on the 2nd but was told item had been shipped but if I did not want the item refuse delivery - although had not received any notification. Received notification on the 5th that the product had been shipped. Now the 15th and still no delivery. Payment was taken out of the account on the 2nd . Cannot get a response either via email or phone. Doesn't give me a lot of faith in the product when customer services are non existent.

We have been using this for 2 months with no success at all. I bought it for my daughter who has dark hair on her face. She has used this many times on the highest setting and there has been no reduction in courseness or number of hairs.

I am going to request my money back under the 90 day money back guarantee.

Company good to deal with and purchase went well. Have been using for for the recommended time now however no improvement has been noticed. Will continue to use for a while longer in the hope that I just have stubborn hair due to PCOS however that remains to be seen. Certainly would have hoped to see slight improvement by this stage. Probably just a case of home use doesn't provide a strong enough laser.

Used for over 6 months and no improvement. Might be ok if yours isn’t due to PCOS but certainly not for me.
